Processing & Shipping

Please allow 7-14 business days for order processing and 7–10 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

Every order is carefully prepared with attention to detail. We truly appreciate your patience and support.

Please ensure you select the correct shipping option and provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Club 777 Vintage is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees and is returned to us, no refund will be issued.

In-Store Pickup

Local pickup is available in Montreal for customers who choose this option at checkout at our 793 Av Mont-Royal E location.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within 60 days of the purchase date. A reminder email will also be sent 7 days before the pickup deadline.

Orders not collected within 60 days will be considered abandoned, will be returned to inventory, and no refund will be issued.
