Processing & Shipping
Please allow 7-14 business days for order processing and 7–10 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.
Every order is carefully prepared with attention to detail. We truly appreciate your patience and support.
Please ensure you select the correct shipping option and provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Club 777 Vintage is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees and is returned to us, no refund will be issued.
In-Store Pickup
Local pickup is available in Montreal for customers who choose this option at checkout at our 793 Av Mont-Royal E location.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up within 60 days of the purchase date. A reminder email will also be sent 7 days before the pickup deadline.
Orders not collected within 60 days will be considered abandoned, will be returned to inventory, and no refund will be issued.
All sales are final.
Each style bundle is personally curated based on the customer's preferences and aesthetic. Because every order is custom-selected and assembled specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed.
We are unable to offer refunds if you decide you no longer want the items or if they do not match your personal expectations, as styling is subjective.
If your order arrives with the wrong item or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Customs Duties & Import Fees

Shipping & Damaged Items
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
