You have up to 60 days after the date of purchase to pick up your item; after that, it will be relisted on our website and no refund will be issued. An email will be sent when the order is ready for pickup and again 7 days before the deadline.
Contact us to borrow clothes for an event or shoot. Please include:

- Duration: Up to 72 hours; late returns $25/day.
Fees & Deposit: 15% of item value; deposit may be required.
Usage: Items must be used as declared, returned clean, undamaged, and odor-free.

Limit: Max 30 items per loan (exceptions by approval).
